HAPPY HOLIDAYS, FRIENDS!
It is with the warmest of greetings that I send you all a great big bear hug and my wishes for a healthy and happy holiday season. A lot is new since my last newsletter, and I hope you enjoy reading about the latest.
Thank you for reading me, writing me, recommending me, and coming out to see me on the road. You can't imagine how much it means to me that you support my books. Although I may not get to answer all your letters and emails (I promise, I do try) I read every note and look forward to them with the same enthusiasm as a child waiting for a letter in the mailbox.
What I heard loud and clear from your notes is that you wanted the ladies of Rosato & Associates back, and I'm thrilled to tell you that my new book, LADY KILLER, due out on February 19th, 2008, will feature Mary DiNunzio, her lovable, if not overbearing family, and the rest of the crew from Rosato & Associates. The first chapter is on scottoline.com for those who want a sneak peek.
And, for those who aren't sick of me yet, I also write a weekly column called "Chick Wit," for the Philadelphia Inquirer. It's a friendly and funny take on life from my perspective. For those who don't get the Inquirer, you can read the column each week on the site with the added bonus of my personal pictures and funny graphics. You can also catch up on all the columns I've written to date. If you happened to read the column "Topless," you should know that I'm on the mend.
This holiday, my prayers and thoughts will be with all the brave men and women who so selflessly fight so that I can feel safe in my home with my daughter this holiday. Thank you, brave soldiers—I am humbled with gratitude. Thank you also to all you courageous parents, spouses, and children who anxiously await their return. This year, my holiday wish is the same as yours-the safe return of your loved ones.
With love and thanks,
