On the Road East coast, west coast and many stops in between, Lisa put lots of miles on her Manolo Blahniks, and gave out more hugs than an entire Italian wedding as she toured for Dead Ringer. As usual, Lisa created a truly unforgettable event, entertaining crowds with her laugh-out-loud presentation, sugaring them up with surprise Philadelphia-made Tastykake cupcakes, and finding time for each and every reader that came out to see her. No sooner did Lisa's dogs get used to having her home, her bags were packed again, as she traveled half way around the globe to tour down under. Upon returning home, she was up against a deadline for her next book, Killer Smile, due out June 1, 2004. Happily, it is completed and handed in, but don't think Lisa is slacking off, she is actually hard at work on her book for 2005. So while you will be able to see her at an event her or there throughout the winter and spring, especially during Library Awareness week in April, she will not be out on official tour again till Summer 2004. Be sure to catch her then!
